Job Description

We are looking for dependable, detail-oriented casual press help to support the operation of our

Konica Minolta KM-1 UV inkjet press

. This is a hands-on role assisting for service.

Key Responsibilities

Service and diagnosis of Maintenance issues for KM1 Assist the lead press operator with setup, loading, and unloading of sheets on the KM-1 press. Stage paper stock, finished goods, and substrates to keep production running efficiently. Monitor printed output for defects, registration, and quality consistency. Handle basic press clean-up and maintenance support as directed. Label, stack, and skid finished jobs for bindery or shipping. Follow production schedules and maintain a clean, safe work environment. Perform other related tasks to support print production as needed.

Qualifications & Skills

Experience in a print production environment is an asset (training will be provided). Comfort working around large machinery and handling materials. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow directions. Reliable, punctual, and able to work in a fast-paced setting. Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.

Schedule & Compensation

Casual contract work -- flexible hours depending on production demand. Shifts may include days, evenings, or weekends. Competitive hourly wage based on experience.
