Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Kitchen Team Member to join our dynamic culinary team. In this role, you will assist in the preparation and cooking of meals, ensuring that all food safety and quality standards are met. You will play a vital role in creating a positive dining experience for our guests while working in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

Responsibilities

Assist in food preparation and cooking of menu items according to established recipes and standards. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including workstations, utensils, and equipment. Follow food safety guidelines and proper food handling procedures to ensure the health and safety of all guests. Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely meal preparation and service. Help with inventory management by monitoring stock levels and assisting with ordering supplies as needed. Participate in training sessions to enhance cooking skills and knowledge of food service operations. Adhere to all health regulations and company policies regarding food preparation and kitchen operations.

Requirements

Previous experience in the food industry or a similar role is preferred but not required. Basic knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling techniques. Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment while maintaining a positive attitude. Strong communication skills to facilitate collaboration with team members. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. Passion for cooking and willingness to learn new skills related to meal preparation.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $17.85-$23.50 per hour

Expected hours: 25 - 40 per week
