Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Kitchen Supervisor to join our Pizza Hotline team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in restaurant/fast food management and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. As a Kitchen Supervisor, you will oversee daily kitchen operations, manage staff, and ensure that all food safety and quality standards are met. This role is essential in maintaining a positive work environment while delivering high-quality meals to our guests.

Responsibilities

Supervise kitchen staff, providing guidance and support to ensure efficient operations. Manage food preparation and cooking processes to maintain high standards of quality and presentation. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including proper food handling and sanitation practices. Handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism to enhance their experience. Maintain kitchen equipment and report any maintenance issues promptly. Managing inventory levels to minimize waste.

Qualifications

Proven experience in restaurant management or a supervisory role within the food industry. Strong team management skills with the ability to motivate and lead a diverse group of individuals. Excellent customer service skills with a focus on creating a welcoming atmosphere for guests. Strong understanding of food handling procedures and health regulations. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Must have own vehicle and valid license to travel to and from work
