Position Overview
As a Supervisor, you'll lead the kitchen line during busy shifts, ensure each batch of soup meets our quality standards, maintain a safe and clean work environment, and support a motivated, efficient team.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and supervise the preparation of soups, sides, and other menu items according to our recipes and quality standards
Maintain kitchen cleanliness and food safety at all times
Oversee shift operations and train kitchen team members
Coordinate team efforts to meet service and operational goals
Assist with prep work, portioning, and ongoing cleaning tasks
What We're Looking For
Leadership skills in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Ability to work calmly and effectively under pressure
Commitment to food quality, presentation, and safety
Comfort working with hot liquids, sharp tools, and cleaning chemicals
Physical ability to stand for up to 8 hours and lift up to 50 lbs
