We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Kitchen Supervisor. Responsibilities
Prepare and cook meals according to established recipes and food safety guidelines.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and food prep areas.
Handle food safely, ensuring compliance with health regulations.
Assist in scheduling, ordering, and inventory management as needed.
Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient kitchen operations.
Provide support to service staff by addressing any inquiries or guest dietary needs promptly.
Lead by example while fostering a team service attitude.
Experience
Previous leadership experience in the restaurant or food service industry.
Knowledgeable in food preparation techniques and cooking methods.
Strong commitment to food safety standards and practices is essential.
Experience working in a fast paced high volume kitchen.
