Line Cook:



Demonstrate Food safe understanding and adherence. Work quickly and efficiently Be a team player! Be Helpful and compassionate to your fellow members. Communicate between shifts and with managers and teammates. Have a passion for great food and real ingredients Cook food that is genuine and of a high-quality General Kitchen Skills such as handling of cleaning chemicals and basic knowledge of equipment operation Clean as you go mentality Organizing work areas, stocking, checking equipment and ensuring it is in operational condition Learn functions of Line Cook, and be prepared to cook on-line Take responsibility for food quality and presentation of everything leaving the kitchen. Ability to cook large amounts of dine-in, takeout and delivery at the same time Pizza experience is seen as an asset. Have a Passion for East Coast Hospitality! Directly manage and supervise kitchen personnel, including cooks, prep cooks, and other kitchen staff members Oversee inventory levels of food supplies, equipment, and ingredients Train new kitchen staff on cooking techniques, safety procedures, and company policies Assist in controlling food and labor costs by minimizing waste, monitoring portion sizes, and optimizing kitchen efficiency without compromising quality
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $16.00-$20.00 per hour
