Responsibilities



Oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring high standards of food quality and presentation. Manage and train kitchen staff, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment. Coordinate food production for various services including fine dining, banquets, and catering events. Implement inventory management practices to maintain stock levels and minimize waste. Develop menus in collaboration with the culinary team, focusing on seasonal ingredients and customer preferences. Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain cleanliness in the kitchen. Assist in budgeting and cost control measures to optimize kitchen efficiency. Handle shift management responsibilities, ensuring adequate staffing levels during peak hours. Engage with guests to gather feedback and enhance their dining experience.

Qualifications



Proven experience in a supervisory role within the food industry, preferably in fine dining or catering environments. Strong background in food production, preparation, and service management. Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team. Knowledge of inventory control practices and menu planning techniques. Familiarity with dietary department operations is a plus. Culinary experience with a focus on cooking techniques and food handling best practices. Previous experience in restaurant management or hospitality is highly desirable. Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail. Strong communication skills to effectively interact with staff and guests alike. Pay: $17.20-$26.07 per hour
