Ready To Cook is a growing food production and retail company specializing in handmade, home-style meals. We are currently hiring a Kitchen Supervisor / Lead Cook to support daily kitchen operations and supervise the production team.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise daily kitchen and food production operations
Ensure food quality, consistency, and recipe compliance
Train, support, and coordinate kitchen staff
Maintain food safety, sanitation, and health standards
Oversee food preparation, organization, and cleanliness
Communicate with management regarding production needs
Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years of commercial kitchen experience
Previous experience as a Lead Cook, Kitchen Supervisor, or Sous Chef is an asset
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
Team-oriented with leadership skills
