HIRING KITCHEN SUPERVISOR (BRENTWOOD BAY)

Position Overview:

As a Supervisor, you'll lead the kitchen line during busy shifts, ensure high food quality, maintain workplace safety, and support a positive, efficient work environment.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and oversee the preparation of pizzas, pastas, and other menu items to recipe and quality standards Maintain a clean, safe, and organized kitchen at all times Lead shift operations and train/mentor kitchen staff Ensure all team members meet operational and customer service goals Perform repetitive food prep and cleaning tasks as part of daily duties

What We're Looking For

Proven leadership in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Ability to stay calm and adapt under pressure Strong commitment to food quality, safety, and cleanliness Physical ability to stand for up to 8 hours and lift up to 50 lbs

Working Conditions:
