We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Kitchen Team Members to join our dynamic culinary team. As a vital part of our kitchen operations, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional food experiences to our guests. Duties
Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards
Assist in meal preparation and food handling, ensuring quality and safety at all times
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, adhering to food safety regulations
Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient kitchen operations and timely service
Support serving staff during peak hours by preparing dishes for service
Monitor inventory levels of food supplies and assist with ordering as needed
Participate in training sessions to enhance cooking skills and knowledge of food safety practices
Qualifications
At least 4 years experience minimum in a restaurant or kitchen environment is preferred
Strong knowledge of cooking techniques, meal preparation, and food handling practices
Familiarity with food safety standards and regulations
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude towards collaboration
Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as required
MUST have updated Food Handlers Certificate.
