Job Summary

We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Kitchen Team Members to join our dynamic kitchen staff. As a vital part of our culinary team, you will assist in delivering high-quality meals and ensuring a clean and efficient kitchen environment. Ideal candidates will have a passion for food service and a commitment to food safety standards.

Duties

Assist in food preparation and meal assembly according to established recipes and standards. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, including workstations, utensils, and equipment. Follow food safety protocols to ensure the highest quality of food handling and preparation. Support cooks in various tasks such as chopping, mixing, and cooking ingredients. Help with inventory management by keeping track of supplies and notifying management when stock is low. Participate in kitchen team meetings to discuss menu updates, safety practices, and operational improvements. Adhere to all health regulations and maintain a safe working environment.

Requirements

Previous experience in the food industry or restaurant setting is preferred but not required. Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling techniques. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Strong teamwork skills with a willingness to help others in the kitchen. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed. A passion for meal preparation and cooking is highly desirable.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.85 per hour

Expected hours: 25 - 40 per week

Monday to Friday Weekends as needed
