We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Kitchen Team Members to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for various kitchen tasks that contribute to the smooth operation of our restaurant. Responsibilities
Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards
Assist in meal preparation and food preparation tasks, ensuring quality and consistency
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, adhering to food safety standards
Handle food items safely, following proper food handling procedures
Collaborate with team members to ensure timely service during peak hours
Support serving staff by preparing dishes for service and assisting with plating as needed
Participate in inventory management, including receiving and storing food supplies
Experience
Previous experience in a kitchen or restaurant setting is preferred but not required
Familiarity with cooking techniques and meal preparation processes is a plus
Knowledge of food safety practices and regulations is essential
Strong communication skills and ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
A passion for the food industry and a desire to learn and grow within the culinary field
