Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled
Line Cook
to join our culinary team at a Japanese restaurant.Applicants must have prior experience working in a Japanese kitchen or sushi bar.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong passion for Japanese cuisine, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.As a Line Cook, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of Japanese dishes while ensuring all food safety and hygiene standards are met. You will also be expected to maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workstation.
Key Requirements:
Proven experience in a Japanese restaurant kitchen or sushi bar is
required
Strong knowledge of Japanese cooking techniques and ingredients Ability to follow recipes and plating guidelines Team-oriented attitude and excellent time management Understanding of food safety and sanitation standardsIf you meet the above qualifications and are passionate about Japanese cuisine, we encourage you to apply.
