As a Line Cook, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of Japanese dishes while ensuring all food safety and hygiene standards are met. You will also be expected to maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workstation.
Key Requirements:
Proven experience in a Japanese restaurant kitchen or sushi bar is
required
Strong knowledge of Japanese cooking techniques and ingredients
Ability to follow recipes and plating guidelines
