Responsibilities

Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards Assist in meal preparation and food handling tasks to ensure timely service Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including equipment and utensils Follow food safety guidelines and sanitation practices to ensure a safe working environment Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient kitchen operations Assist with serving food during peak hours while maintaining high customer service standards Participate in training sessions to enhance cooking skills and knowledge of the food industry

Requirements

Previous experience in a restaurant or kitchen setting is preferred Knowledge of cooking techniques, food preparation, and meal presentation Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices for food handling Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively within a team Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail A passion for the culinary arts and a desire to learn and grow within the food service industry
