Position Summary

We are seeking reliable and motivated

Kitchen Personnel

to support our hot line and front-facing kitchen operations. This role involves food preparation, assisting chefs with daily prep, setting up and merchandising food displays, supporting customer orders, and maintaining a clean and organized kitchen and service area. The ideal candidate enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and is comfortable with both food preparation and customer interaction.

Key Responsibilities

Food Preparation, Hot Line & Baking Support

Prepare and assemble salads for the hot line according to company standards Assist chefs with daily food preparation tasks Build sandwiches and prepare grab-and-go items Prepare parfaits and other ready-to-serve items Grill sandwiches and warm pizzas as ordered Load and replenish hot food items, ensuring proper temperature, freshness, and presentation Bake or cook items such as cookies and croissants as needed

Display, Signage & Merchandising

Set up and maintain food displays for pizzas, sandwiches, salads, and baked goods Ensure signage and labels are accurate, clear, and visually appealing Keep display areas clean, organized, and fully stocked throughout service

Customer Service

Take customer orders in a friendly and professional manner Answer basic menu questions and assist customers with selections Ensure orders are prepared accurately and in a timely manner

Cleanliness & Food Safety

Wash dishes, utensils, and kitchen tools as required during and after service Maintain cleanliness of workstations, equipment, and service areas Follow all food safety, sanitation, and health regulations at all times

Qualifications

Previous kitchen or food service experience preferred Comfortable working on a hot line and assisting chefs with prep Ability to multitask between prep, service, and cleaning duties Strong attention to detail and pride in food quality and presentation Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Reliable availability for scheduled shifts

Compensation & Benefits
