Ricky's All Day Grill is seeking a dedicated and skilled Kitchen Manager to oversee our kitchen operations and lead our culinary team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about food and committed to delivering a high-quality dining experience for our guests. Responsibilities:

Oversee all kitchen operations and staff to ensure a high-quality dining experience. Develop and maintain menus that meet quality standards and customer preferences. Train kitchen staff on proper food preparation and handling techniques. Monitor food and labor costs to stay within budgetary guidelines. Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and sanitation standards. Collaborate with restaurant management to plan and execute special events or menu changes. Manage inventory levels and order supplies as needed.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Head Chef or in a similar role within the restaurant industry. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and supervise kitchen staff effectively. In-depth knowledge of kitchen health and safety regulations. Excellent understanding of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures. Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Passion for food, creativity in menu planning, and dedication to providing an exceptional dining experience.
