We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Kitchen Manager to oversee our kitchen operations and ensure the highest standards of food quality and safety. Responsibilities
Supervise kitchen staff and coordinate food preparation activities to ensure timely service.
Oversee food handling and safety practices in compliance with health regulations.
Manage inventory, including ordering supplies and controlling food costs.
Train, mentor, and schedule kitchen staff, fostering a positive team environment.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area.
Implement menu changes and collaborate with chefs on new recipes.
Conduct interviews for new kitchen staff and assist in hiring decisions.
Monitor kitchen performance metrics and implement improvements as needed.
Requirements
Proven experience in restaurant management or a similar role within the food industry.
Strong background in food preparation, cooking, and food safety practices.
Previous supervising or team management experience is essential.
Excellent customer service skills with a focus on hospitality.
Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining high-quality standards.
Knowledge of food handling regulations and best practices in the kitchen environment.
Experience in interviewing potential candidates for kitchen positions is a plus.

Pay: $22.00-$23.00 per hour
