Role Description




We are seeking a

Kitchen Manager

to oversee all kitchen operations at our on-site restaurant and conference centre. The ideal candidate will bring a passion for culinary excellence, strong leadership, and the ability to maintain high standards in food preparation, safety, and presentation.


Key Responsibilities:




Oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring consistent food quality and timely service Manage food inventory, ordering, and cost control Lead, train, and motivate kitchen staff to maintain high performance and morale Develop and update menus in collaboration with management and the Food & Beverage team Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations Coordinate with event and conference teams to deliver exceptional catering experiences Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient kitchen environment

Qualifications




Proven experience in a kitchen leadership or management role Strong culinary skills with knowledge of food preparation and cooking techniques Excellent organizational and communication abilities Ability to lead and manage a team in a fast-paced environment Experience in Food & Beverage operations and ensuring food quality standards Culinary certification or relevant education is considered an asset

Compensation & Benefits




Hourly Wage:

$20.00 - $23.00 (based on experience)

Employment Type:

Permanent, Full-Time

Incentive:

15% of all service fees generated through food and beverage sales from conferences

Allowance:

$65.00 monthly contribution toward cell phone plan
