Position Overview:

We're seeking an experienced Kitchen Manager to lead our back-of-house operations. The ideal candidate will have a proven leadership background and a strong understanding of Italian cuisine. You'll oversee daily kitchen activities, manage staff, maintain food and labor costs, and ensure that every dish meets our high standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise, schedule, and train kitchen staff to foster a positive and efficient work environment Oversee prep, production, and service to ensure consistency and quality across all menu items Maintain inventory levels, place orders, and control food and labor costs Uphold food safety and sanitation standards in compliance with local regulations Collaborate with the executive chef on menu development and seasonal specials Lead by example to cultivate teamwork, professionalism, and a passion for Italian cooking

Qualifications:

Food safety certification required Minimum 1 year in a leadership role such as Kitchen Manager, Sous Chef, or Head Chef Good knowledge of Italian cuisine is an asset Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management skills Proven ability to train, motivate, and retain staff Experience with cost control, ordering, and inventory management

Schedule & Compensation:

Full-time, including evenings and weekends Competitive salary based on experience
