We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Kitchen Manager to lead our culinary team in delivering exceptional dining experiences. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in food service management, culinary arts, and team leadership. This position requires a passion for food, creativity in menu planning, and the ability to manage kitchen operations efficiently while ensuring the highest standards of food safety and quality.

Duties



Oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring smooth workflow and adherence to health and safety regulations. Manage inventory control, including ordering supplies, tracking stock levels, and minimizing waste. Supervise kitchen staff, providing training and guidance to enhance their skills and performance. Ensure high standards of food preparation and presentation in line with fine dining expectations. Coordinate catering services for events, ensuring all aspects of food service are executed flawlessly. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen environment to promote efficiency and safety. Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service delivery during peak times. Monitor food production processes to maintain quality control and consistency across all dishes.

Requirements



Proven experience in a culinary management role within the food industry or restaurant environment. Strong leadership skills with experience in supervising and managing a diverse team. Extensive knowledge of food preparation techniques, cooking methods, and menu planning. Familiarity with inventory management systems and procedures for effective stock control. Experience in catering services or banquet operations is highly desirable. Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with staff, vendors, and customers. A commitment to maintaining high standards of food safety and sanitation practices. Culinary degree or equivalent experience is preferred but not mandatory. Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00-$23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week
