We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Kitchen Manager to oversee our kitchen operations. Duties
Supervise daily kitchen operations, ensuring food quality and safety standards are met
Manage food preparation and cooking processes to maintain consistency and excellence
Oversee inventory management, including ordering and receiving supplies
Train, mentor, and evaluate kitchen staff to enhance their skills and performance
Implement and enforce food safety protocols and hygiene practices
Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service delivery
Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records using POS systems,
Conduct interviews for new kitchen staff and participate in the hiring process
Develop menus in collaboration with management to reflect seasonal offerings and customer preferences

Skills
Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, and food handling
Strong supervisory experience within a restaurant or hospitality environment
Excellent team management abilities with a focus on leadership and motivation
Familiarity with cash handling procedures and POS systems
Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to resolve issues effectively
Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in the kitchen
Previous restaurant management experience is highly desirable
