Kitchen Manager

to lead our back-of-house operations and bring energy, teamwork, and excellence to every shift.

Position Overview:

The Kitchen Manager will oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring that food quality, consistency, and safety standards are always met. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, motivates their team through positive leadership, and has a sharp eye for efficiency and cost control.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead, train, and support all back-of-house staff to deliver consistent, high-quality food. Ensure food preparation meets brand standards, recipes, and presentation expectations. Oversee inventory management, ordering, and waste control to maintain budget targets. Schedule kitchen staff to balance labor costs with operational needs. Maintain a safe, clean, and organized kitchen in line with health and safety regulations. Collaborate with the General Manager and Front-of-House team to deliver seamless guest experiences. Drive a culture of teamwork, respect, and accountability in the kitchen.

Qualifications:

2-3 years of kitchen management or supervisory experience in a high-volume restaurant. Strong leadership and communication skills. Solid knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices. Proven ability to manage costs, including labor and food. Hands-on and motivated, with the ability to perform in a busy environment. Passionate about food, hospitality, and developing people.
