Hola, amigos! We're the spot for late-night Happy Hour, margaritas and TACO TUESDAZE. Loud, lively and fun, Blanco offers an escape from the mundane. Our cantina is almost as vibrant as the flavours of our chilly margs! Team Fiesta is here to take care of our guests, work hard and have fun. Our guests come to us because we carry tacos on our trays and the party on our shoulders! We thrive in a bustling environment. If there's one thing we know about our guests at Blanco Cantina, it's that they're DTF (Down to Fiesta), and so are we!

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

Lead our kitchen team with creativity and expertise, ensuring exceptional food quality during regular service and special events. Oversee all aspects of food preparation and presentation, maintaining high standards of quality and consistency. Mentor and inspire your team, cultivating a culture of growth, respect, and collaboration. Conduct regular training to enhance team skills and keep up with culinary innovations. Manage inventory, purchasing, and cost control efficiently to maintain optimal kitchen operations. Support the General Manager with daily restaurant operations, focusing on food quality, kitchen efficiency, and staff training. Ensure strict adherence to food safety and sanitation standards for a safe and enjoyable dining experience. Stay on top of industry trends and incorporate new ideas to continually enhance our culinary offerings and guest satisfaction.

Who You Are:

Kitchen Leader:

You have 1-2+ years of experience managing a kitchen, with a proven ability to succeed in a high-volume environment.

Culinary Enthusiast:

Your passion for creating exceptional dishes shines through in your work, bringing authenticity and innovation to every plate.

Team-Oriented Leader:

You excel at building and motivating teams, inspiring them to achieve excellence and contribute to a positive kitchen culture.
