Responsibilities:
Lead daily kitchen operations and set the standard for quality and efficiency
Prepare and cook pizzas and other menu items according to company recipes and specifications
Train, guide, and support kitchen staff to ensure consistent food preparation and service
Monitor ingredient levels and place/receive food orders to maintain proper inventory levels
Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety standards within the kitchen
Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations at all times
Communicate with management and front-of-house staff to coordinate smooth service
Assist with meal prep and other duties as needed
Experience & Qualifications:
Previous kitchen or restaurant experience required (pizza-making experience an asset)
Demonstrated leadership ability in a kitchen or supervisory role
Strong understanding of food handling and kitchen safety practices
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Ability to work efficiently in a team environment and under pressure
Comfortable placing and managing food orders with suppliers
