Duties
Assist with food preparation by chopping, peeling, and organizing ingredients to ensure efficient meal assembly
Support cooking processes, including basic cooking tasks and dough preparation
Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen area by washing dishes, sanitizing work surfaces, and disposing of waste properly
Handle food safely by following proper storage procedures and adhering to food safety standards
Support food service operations by restocking supplies and ensuring all stations are ready for service
Follow all health regulations related to food handling, sanitation, and safety protocols
Skills
Basic cooking skills with a willingness to learn new techniques in a fast-paced environment
Strong knife skills for chopping, slicing, and dicing ingredients efficiently and safely
Experience in meal preparation and food handling within a restaurant or catering setting preferred
