The Position:

We're looking for a Kitchen Helper, part-time or full-time. The pay range depends on experience.

Requirements:

Experience working in a kitchen environment is an asset A friendly disposition and passionate work ethic Ability to work a combination of days, evenings, and weekends Food safety experience is an asset Great communication and listening skills Ability to lift 25 pounds

Responsibilities:

Dough Preparation: Approximately 5 hours daily dedicated to making dough, including double rolling and operating the dough mixer Ingredient preparation for a variety of toppings Cleaning and organizing the kitchen at all times, following a checklist and schedule to maintain a sanitary kitchen space Teamwork: Able to share the workload with other team members and help with other kitchen and cashier duties as required Ability to work in a busy restaurant environment Ability to follow stock and manage ingredient inventory Ensure the proper maintenance and care of equipment
