The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting kitchen operations, ensuring that food preparation and service run smoothly. Responsibilities

Assist with meal preparation and assembling dishes as directed by the chef. Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen, including washing dishes, cleaning countertops, and disposing of waste properly. Follow food safety guidelines to ensure all food handling meets health regulations. Help with inventory management by restocking supplies and reporting any shortages to the kitchen manager. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure efficient workflow during peak hours.

Requirements

Previous experience in a restaurant or kitchen environment is preferred but not mandatory. Basic cooking skills and knowledge of meal preparation techniques are advantageous. Familiarity with food handling practices and food safety standards is essential. Strong communication skills and the ability to work well as part of a team. A passion for the food industry and a willingness to learn new skills in a dynamic setting. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
