We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Kitchen Helper to join our culinary team. Duties

Assist chefs and cooks with food preparation tasks, including chopping, slicing, and measuring ingredients. Maintain cleanliness in the kitchen by washing dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment. Ensure that all food handling practices comply with health and safety regulations. Help organize and store food supplies properly to maintain freshness. Clean kitchen surfaces, floors, and equipment to uphold hygiene standards. Support the team during meal service by ensuring that all necessary items are readily available. Participate in inventory management by tracking supplies and reporting shortages.

Requirements

Previous experience in a kitchen or food service environment is preferred but not mandatory. Knowledge of food handling and safety practices is essential. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team. A passion for cooking and an eagerness to learn new skills in the culinary field. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed.
