We are looking for a reliable Kitchen Helper to join our Hakka Chinese restaurant team. The ideal candidate will assist with food preparation, ingredient prep, frying, and general kitchen support. This role requires the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining cleanliness and food safety standards.
Responsibilities:
Prep vegetables, meats, and sauces
Assist with frying and basic cooking tasks
Maintain cleanliness of workstations and kitchen areas
Support chefs as needed during service
Requirements:
Previous kitchen experience preferred
Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
Knowledge of basic food safety and hygiene
Willingness to learn and help where needed
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $17.20-$17.60 per hour
Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week
