Nani's Gelato is an artisan gelato company with on site production facilities at each of our locations! Our team is seeking a qualified and motivated candidate to join our gelato making team.
This is an exciting opportunity for anyone trained in the culinary dessert sector. You will be learning and making gelato from scratch and have the opportunity to participate in flavor innovation.
Responsibilities :
The individual will be responsible for:
Providing prep support in the back of the house kitchen operations
Making, blending , extracting gelato, cakes etc
Support dish washing and general kitchen organization
Maintain and track inventory levels
Provide support in the back of the house operations.
A qualified candidate ideally has culinary training and experience, but it is not required.
The position is fast paced and very fun (we make gelato all day!). Our shop is open year-round; this is not a seasonal position!
We are seeking individuals looking primarily for a combination of weekday and weekend shifts for both afternoons and evenings.
The candidate will work 2-3 weekdays and 1-2 weekend shifts each week, Flexible availability.
