Kitchen Hand / Prep Cook - Part Time
ankor restaurant opened in November 2020 in Canmore, Alberta. We have been growing tremendously since as a team and are already collecting accolades in regards to what we have achieved since day 1.
The ideal candidate is meticulous, can work a fast pace while being careful with handling the equipments.
This job requires the following tasks :
Responsible for your station, prep, Some plating / line cooking and quality of food served.
Work well in a small team environment and a professional kitchen with pride in their food
Overall cleanliness of work space expected
Keeps work station clean and organized including fridge's, freezers and countertops
Experience in Fine dining kitchen is a plus
