Previous experience in commercial kitchen cleaning experience or cleaning experience is considered an asset.
Full understanding of cleaning procedures for cooking equipment

Must be able to work 10 pm to 6 am.

The ability to withstand the physical demands of the position, which includes extensive walking, bending, pushing, and pulling along with the ability to lift a minimum of 25lbs.
The successful candidate will be responsible to perform all commercial cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, cleaning of all kitchen equipment, sanitize all counters, sinks, ovens, stoves, grills, and all other equipment, following proper sanitation standards.
