Job Description

We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Dishwasher & Kitchen Cleaner to join our dynamic team. This role is crucial in maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in our kitchen areas to ensure that our chefs and kitchen staff can work efficiently. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, a proactive attitude, and a willingness to contribute to a positive and organized work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Wash and sanitize dishes, utensils, pots, and pans used by kitchen staff. Maintain cleanliness of kitchen equipment, storage areas, and food prep zones. Assist in organizing kitchen storage areas for easy access to utensils and supplies. Dispose of kitchen waste and recycle items according to our environmental standards. Ensure that the dishwashing area is clean, organized, and properly stocked. Support kitchen staff with general kitchen cleaning duties, including sweeping and mopping floors. Report any malfunctioning equipment or safety hazards to the supervisor. Follow all health and safety protocols, including food safety standards. Work collaboratively with kitchen staff to ensure timely service.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in a dishwashing or kitchen cleaning role is preferred but not required. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Strong work ethic with a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards. Good communication skills and the ability to follow instructions. Ability to stand for long periods and lift moderate loads. * Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
