Job Summary

We are looking for a reliable and detail-orientedDishwasher & Kitchen Cleaner to join our fast-paced kitchen team. This is a key support role focused on maintaining a clean, organized, and food-safe environment. The ideal candidate is someone who takes pride in upholding high sanitation standards and can work efficiently under pressure. While this position does

not

involve washing customer plates or glasses, it includes full responsibility for cleaning cookware, prep surfaces, and storage areas.

Responsibilities

Clean and sanitize hotel pans, pots, cooking utensils, and prep equipment (Note: No dishwashing of customer-facing plates or glasses required)*
Operate dishwashing machine and ensure proper functioning by performing routine maintenance. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations regarding food handling and cleanliness. Clean and maintain HMR (Hot Meal Ready) and cold display units, Stainless steel counters and glass surfaces and Dry storage, refrigerated coolers, walk-in cooler, and walk-in freezer Sweep, mop, and sanitize all kitchen floors daily, especially for closing Take out garbage, recycling, and organic waste every night Monitor and inform managers regarding cleaning supplies as needed Support kitchen staff by helping with various tasks as required during busy service periods.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $17.20-$18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 42 per week
