We are seeking an experienced and passionate Chef to lead our culinary team in delivering exceptional dining experiences. Duties
Oversee all aspects of food handling, cooking, and presentation to meet quality standards
Manage food inventory, ordering supplies, and controlling waste to optimize kitchen operations
Enforce strict adherence to food safety regulations and sanitation procedures
Train and mentor staff on food preparation techniques, safety protocols, and customer service excellence
Coordinate with restaurant management to ensure smooth daily operations and exceptional guest experiences
Monitor kitchen performance, provide feedback, and foster a positive team environment
Ensure compliance with all health codes and industry standards related to food service
Qualifications
Proven experience in restaurant management or as a head chef with supervising responsibilities
Strong background in food preparation, cooking techniques, and food handling within the hospitality industry
Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to manage a diverse team effectively
Extensive knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and industry regulations
Excellent communication skills to coordinate with staff and management effectively
Experience in menu development, food presentation, and serving techniques
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high-quality standards
Prior restaurant experience is preferred; familiarity with the food industry is essential
