Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and dedicated Kitchen Team Member to join our dynamic food service team. This role involves talking to customers assisting with meal preparation, food handling, and maintaining a clean and safe kitchen environment. Duties

Assist with food preparation and meal assembly according to established recipes and standards Handle food safely and maintain proper hygiene practices throughout all kitchen activities Support cooking processes, including basic cooking techniques and ingredient management Maintain cleanliness of kitchen equipment, utensils, and work areas in compliance with health regulations Serve food efficiently to ensure timely delivery to customers or dining areas Follow food safety protocols during food handling, storage, and sanitation procedures Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations during busy periods Assist in inventory management by organizing supplies and notifying supervisors of stock needs

Qualifications

Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment is preferred but not required Knowledge of cooking techniques, meal preparation, and food handling best practices Familiarity with food safety standards and sanitation procedures Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Strong teamwork skills and good communication abilities Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities within the kitchen setting A positive attitude, reliability, and a strong work ethic are essential for success in this role
