Welcome customers warmly and provide menu guidance
Take customer orders accurately using the POS system
Ensure customer satisfaction through fast, friendly, and efficient service
Address customer questions regarding ingredients and vegetarian options
Prepare vegetarian burgers, shawarmas, rice bowls, and other menu items according to Vegholic standards
Handle ingredients carefully and maintain food presentation quality
Follow all food safety and hygiene protocols
Monitor food freshness and restock preparation stations as needed
Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen, serving area, counters, tables, and equipment
Keep refrigerators, prep stations, and storage areas organized
Assist with inventory, restocking, and receiving supplies
Follow opening, closing, and shift duties consistently
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations
Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and management
Provide support during peak hours and special promotions
Qualifications & Skills
Prior food industry experience required min 6months 1tears
Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
Basic math and POS-handling skills
Reliability, punctuality, and a positive attitude
Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 20-30lbs.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Casual
Pay: $17.60-$18.50 per hour
Expected hours: 20 - 35 per week
