Job Description
Hearts Choices is looking for an experienced line cook who can jump on the line and get it done. Someone who already understands kitchen flow, sanitization, order timing, prep levels, and how to hold their own through a rush in a team, or independently.

Real line experience Strong prep habits Ability to handle a rush independently Awareness of what needs to be stocked, topped up, or prepped before it becomes needed Clean, organized, fast, and reliable
Schedule
Restaurant Hearts Choices Cafe Market
Monday to Wednesday from 3 pm to 830 pm
Calgary Farmers Market West
Fridays from 11 am to 4pm Every second weekend
Saturday 8:30 am to 7 pm
Sunday 8:30 am to 5 pm
More shifts available as things go well.
