is a centrally located at The Niagara Pen Centre, premium entertainment destination for casual users, social and corporate groups. It includes 24 state-of-the-art bowling lanes, including 8 VIP lanes for private gatherings and special events. A variety of arcade games, 9 tech-infused interactive mini golf holes, unique food and beverage options, exclusive birthday parties packages, and more!

What will you be doing?

Responsible for our customers experiences Customer Service skills -making sure every birthday is a special one to all the guests Setting up birthdays Presenting menus and serving food and beverages; maintaining knowledge of all menus Comply with all food and beverage regulations Check in with parents/guardians to ensure that party is running to their specifications Ensure that all birthday party rooms are stocked and clean Assist with meal preparation as required Maintain a positive attitude that promotes teamwork within the facility

Team players with great customer service Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Able to work in a fast paced environment Positive, outgoing personalities who thrive in a party environment Previous experience working with children preferred, i.e. babysitting, camps, volunteering
