Le role de Chef de campagne, Medias sociaux est responsable de la performance globale du compte et de l'execution des campagnes. L'objectif principal est de fournir une expertise et des recommandations de premier ordre qui generent des resultats mesurables.
Responsabilites principales

  • Collaborer avec le Directeur(trice) associe(e) afin de fournir des analyses pour les demandes de propositions (RFP), presentations, propositions et recommandations strategiques.
  • Developper des livrables et rapports de haute qualite a destination des clients, en s'appuyant sur les plateformes et services technologiques disponibles.
  • Etre un(e) expert(e) en medias sociaux payants, capable d'identifier les meilleures solutions pour les clients et de se tenir informe(e) des nouveaux outils et technologies adaptes a une strategie media complete ( full-funnel ).
  • Gerer et superviser la mise en place et l'execution des campagnes.
  • Assurer le suivi des calendriers creatifs et du budget des campagnes.
  • Garantir la coherence des specifications publicitaires et des objectifs de campagne.
  • Etre capable de gerer efficacement les campagnes haut et milieu de tunnel (Top et Mid-Funnel) liees au succes des campagnes bas de tunnel (Bottom-Funnel).
  • Extraire les rapports, preparer des analyses et recommandations pertinentes, et les communiquer efficacement lors de presentations.
  • Former les equipes de l'agence et les clients sur les meilleures pratiques et les exigences liees aux objectifs des campagnes.
  • Surveiller les objectifs et indicateurs de performance cles (KPI) d'un portefeuille de clients afin d'assurer la livraison complete et ponctuelle des campagnes.
  • Etablir des relations de collaboration solides avec le client, les equipes de planification et les unites commerciales specialisees (SBU).
  • Collaborer avec le Directeur(trice) associe(e) pour solliciter des propositions de partenaires medias et assurer la liaison avec les SBU au besoin. Maintenir des relations respectueuses et benefiques avec les partenaires.
  • Gerer la facturation et le suivi budgetaire.
  • Piloter l'execution du plan - evaluer regulierement les performances, optimiser les campagnes de maniere proactive, fournir des rapports post-campagne et garantir une activation numerique irreprochable.
Competences et experience requises
  • Formation ou experience professionnelle en marketing ou en publicite (atout important).
  • 1 a 2 ans d'experience dans l'execution de campagnes sur les medias sociaux payants.
  • Connaissance approfondie et prouvee de l'industrie des medias numeriques.
  • Comprehension complete du role des differents canaux numeriques et des campagnes full-funnel .
  • Maitrise de l'execution de campagnes sur diverses plateformes sociales : Meta (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok, Reddit, Pinterest, LinkedIn, Snapchat.
  • Forte capacite a gerer des budgets flexibles et a obtenir les approbations necessaires.
  • Experience prealable en agence de publicite ou aupres d'un partenaire media.
  • Connaissance du trafficking et des analyses d'audience (atout).
  • Capacite demontree a appliquer efficacement les connaissances et les insights issus des recherches.
  • Passion pour les tests, les donnees, les nouveaux medias et la mesure de performance.
  • Souplesse d'apprentissage professionnelle et desir de developpement continu.
  • Sens du service et relation client developpes. Approche proactive dans la resolution de problemes, l'entraide d'equipe et l'amelioration personnelle.
  • Excellentes competences en communication (orale et ecrite).
  • Sens de l'organisation tres developpe, avec une grande attention aux details et a la precision.
  • Capacite a travailler de maniere collaborative et autonome.
  • Aptitude a developper et entretenir des relations avec les partenaires medias.
  • Maitrise de la suite Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Position Summary
The role of the Campaign Manager, Paid Social is responsible for the overall account performance and execution. Their goal is to provide best in class expertise and recommendations that drive performance.
Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with the Associate Director to provide insights that inform request for proposals (RFPs), decks, proposals and planning recommendations.
  • Develop best in class deliverables/reporting to clients, from available technology platforms and services.
  • Be an expert in paid social capabilities, ability to find best in class solutions for the clients and being up-to-date with the upcoming tools/tech solutions that would work for their full-funnel media strategy.
  • Manage and oversee campaign set up and execution.
  • Monitor creative calendars and campaign budgeting.
  • Ensure consistency of ad specs/campaign objectives.
  • Ability to successfully manage Top- and Mid-Funnel campaigns directly linked to Bottom-Funnel success.
  • Pull reports, prepare meaningful insights and recommendations and communicate these effectively in presentations.
  • Educate agency teams and clients on best practices and campaign objective requirements.
  • Monitor the goals and key performance indicators (KPI's) for a portfolio of clients to ensure on-time and complete delivery of campaigns.
  • Create strong collaborative relationships with the client, planning teams, and specialty business units (SBUs).
  • Partner with Associate Director to source proposals from media partners and liaise with Specialty Business Units (SBUs) as required. Support with maintaining respectful and mutually beneficial relationships with partners.
  • Ensure invoice clearing and budget management.
  • Driving the execution of the plan - regularly evaluate campaign performance, proactively optimize campaigns, provide campaign post reports and ensure flawless campaign setup and digital activation.
Desired Skills & Experience
  • Professional or Educational background in Marketing or Advertising would give leverage to this application.
  • 1-2 years level of experience executing paid social campaigns.
  • Proven in-depth knowledge of the digital media industry.
  • Full understanding of the roles of various digital channels and full-funnel campaigns.
  • Proficiency in executing campaigns on a variety of social platforms: Meta (Facebook/ Instagram), TikTok, Reddit, Pinterest, LinkedIn, Snapchat.
  • Strong ability to manage fluid budgets and acquiring required signoffs.
  • Previous experience working within an advertising agency or with a media partner.
  • Understanding trafficking and audience insights is an asset.
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively apply knowledge and insights gained from research resources.
  • Passion for testing, data, emerging media, and measurement.
  • Professional learning agility, with a passion for continuous development.
  • Client-facing and service oriented. Proactive approach to problem solving, assisting the team, self-development, etc.
  • Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).
  • Highly developed organizational skills with a strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as well as independently.
  • Ability to develop and foster relationships with media partners.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
