We're looking for a Kinesiologist who loves helping people move better -- whether they're young athletes, busy moms, older adults, or someone who simply wants to feel stronger and more confident in their day-to-day activities.
This role is hands-on, movement-focused, and perfect for someone who enjoys teaching exercises, problem-solving on the fly, and working alongside a physiotherapist. You'll be supporting 1:1 sessions, small group classes, and creating clear, easy-to-follow exercise programs. No hospital shifts. No medication administration. Just meaningful movement and real connection with clients.
We'll provide on-site training, mentorship, and support so you feel set up for success.
Responsibilities
Teach and guide clients through individualized exercise programs created in collaboration with the physiotherapist.
Work with a wide range of clients: young athletes, everyday adults, SGI/WCB clients, and people without pain who want to improve strength or prevent injury.
Support 1:2 exercise sessions and small group classes.
Create and update exercise programs using PhysiTrack or Prehab Guys.
Provide clear, encouraging communication and ensure clients feel supported and confident.
Document sessions and progress notes clearly and accurately.
Assist with return-to-sport progressions and basic movement mechanics.
Be flexible and creative with exercise modifications based on client needs.
Optional: opportunities for sports coverage if interested.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in
Kinesiology
(CSEP-CEP is an asset but not required).
Strong communication skills and a positive, team-centered approach.
Ability to think creatively and adapt exercises as needed.
Comfortable working with clients of all ages and backgrounds.
Organizational skills to manage appointments, notes, and follow-ups.
Evening and weekend availability (full-time, 40 hours/week).
No previous clinical experience required -- we provide full training.
Why You'll Love Working Here
Supportive, fun, collaborative team environment.
Work directly with physiotherapists and learn advanced movement-based rehab.
A chance to grow with the clinic and bring your own strengths to the role.
Real impact: helping clients get back to the activities and lifestyles they love.
