Job Summary


We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Kinesiologist to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will assess, develop, and implement personalized rehabilitation programs to improve patients' mobility, strength, and overall physical function. This role requires a compassionate approach, strong communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to promote optimal patient outcomes.

Responsibilities



Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' physical abilities and limitations. Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings and patient goals. Guide patients through therapeutic exercises and activities designed to enhance mobility and strength. Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly to ensure continuous improvement. Educate patients on injury prevention, proper body mechanics, and lifestyle modifications. Collaborate with physicians, physical therapists, and other healthcare providers to coordinate care. Maintain accurate documentation of patient evaluations, treatment plans, and progress notes. Stay current with advancements in kinesiology practices and incorporate evidence-based techniques into patient care.

Requirements



Bachelor's degree or higher in Kinesiology, Exercise Science, or a related field; certification as a Certified Kinesiologist is preferred. Proven experience working with diverse patient populations in rehabilitation or sports medicine settings is advantageous. Strong understanding of human anatomy, physiology, and biomechanics. Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and support patients through their recovery process. Ability to develop tailored treatment programs that meet individual needs. Effective communication skills for explaining exercises and health strategies clearly. Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team. Professional licensure or certification as required by local regulations. Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $25.00-$35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 12 - 25 per week
