Conduct functional movement assessments and fitness evaluations
Design and implement individualized exercise and rehabilitation programs
Supervise and progress therapeutic exercises prescribed by physiotherapists
Educate patients on proper exercise technique, posture, and injury prevention
Monitor patient progress and modify programs as needed
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
Collaborate with physiotherapists and other healthcare professionals
Support return-to-work, return-to-sport, and chronic condition management programs
Qualifications & Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Kinesiology
Registered with the Alberta Kinesiology Association (AKA), or the Canadian Kinesiology Association (CKA)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Experience in a physiotherapy or rehabilitation setting is an asset
