Our products are trusted by thousands of customers worldwide, from Olympic Champions to recreational athletes, and have been featured in a host of publications such as Men\xe2\x80\x99s Health, Running Magazine and Ultrarunning Magazine to name a few. To continue growing the brand, we are looking for a content creator with a kinesiologist (or similar) background to educate consumers on the best ways to use our products. Note: This is a 6-month contract position for a team member that is on temporary leave. There may be openings and opportunities at the end of the 6-months, but we can only evaluate that as we get closer to that time. As Product Education Lead, your job will be to educate consumers on our products. This means you\xe2\x80\x99ll need to create content that helps people understand how to use our products and educate them on the benefits. This job is perfect for someone with a kinesiology (or related) background with a natural inclination towards marketing. You understand social media and how to makes captivating content. A concrete example would be achilles tendonitis. You may need to understand why and how it occurs, how to use our product to treat it, and then be able to explain that to the masses in a light and easy-to-understand way. • Confident and charismatic in front of camera
• Strong writing skills (some content will be in text format)
• Highly organized, as you\xe2\x80\x99ll have to produce content or source them from other content creators
• Understands how to create engaging content

What you\xe2\x80\x99ll do In a nutshell, you\xe2\x80\x99ll be producing content that: 1. Educates people on how to use our products 2. Educates them on the benefits Content will be a mix of content produced by yourself or sourced from a content creator. The more entertaining you can make the content, the better! Wild ideas are encouraged. Content will be distributed via various channels, including social media (organic and paid), email, our website, YouTube and more. What you should expect We are looking for someone who can hit the ground running. The first week on the job will be all about planning. You\xe2\x80\x99ll plan the content calendar for the next 3 months. During weeks 2 \xe2\x80\x93 4, we expect you to execute on this content by releasing at least 3 pieces/week of content on social, and weekly via email. In the next few months, we expect you to continue filling the content pipeline. Some content may take longer to produce and so you\xe2\x80\x99ll spend time planning, organizing and shooting the content. You\xe2\x80\x99ll also work on any educational content on the website and our Learning Lab. Anywhere where there is an opportunity for education, you will be involved! As a small team, you may be asked to work on other marketing tasks as well. We are therefore looking for someone who is adaptable and can learn quickly. You Have

• 3+ years of kinesiology experience (or related)
• Experience being in front of camera
• The ability to explain complex ideas simply to people with no knowledge
