Arrowquip is looking for a creative, highly motivated, Writer & Content Creator with a keen eye for detail to join our Marketing Team! This is a full-time position that includes a benefits plan, an inclusive work environment, and multiple growth opportunities within the company.
Arrowquip is a rapidly growing company that designs and manufacturers cattle management and handling equipment for international distribution. We base our designs on animal science and strive to keep the animals, ranchers, and their families safe. The Role:

• Curate content for B2C and B2B audiences
• Generate ideas
• Write content for blogs, advertorials, emails, websites, etc.
  
• Support social media content creation and social capital growth across multiple accounts and platforms (Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube, etc.)
  
• Assist with keeping up with comments, messages, and leads on social media
• Conduct research related to social media trends, competitors and the cattle handling industry
• Collaborate with other team members within and outside of the Marketing Team

You Have:

• Strong creative writing and editing skills
  
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Desire to learn and a passion for content creation
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
• Capability to work in a fast-paced environment

Considered a Bonus, But We Can Teach:

• Graphic design/video editing experience (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, etc.)
• Experience working with social media management tools (e.g. Hootsuite, Later, Buffer)
• Knowledge of SEO, keyword research, and Google Analytics
• Knowledge of agriculture
