We're now looking for an enthusiastic, detail-oriented and proactive Key Account & Programs Assistant to join our growing team.
Role Overview:
This position supports the successful execution of customer programs and key account operations. You'll play a central role in setting up and maintaining program spreadsheets that drive order set-up, shipping, and fulfillment, while also handling a variety of administrative and office duties. You'll be the backbone of our customer service and internal coordination efforts, ensuring everything runs smoothly behind the scenes.
Key Responsibilities:
Set up and manage program tracking spreadsheets to support order processing, inventory planning, shipping, and fulfillment
Provide administrative support to key account managers, including data entry, reporting, and documentation
Maintain organized and accurate records of customer programs, orders, and communications
Coordinate with internal and 3rd party teams (logistics, warehouse, customer service) to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment of orders and programs
Handle day-to-day communication with key account customers, resolving queries and ensuring customer satisfaction
Assist with preparation of presentations, program & sales reports, and customer updates
Support office operations with general administrative duties such as filing, scheduling, and supplies management
Help identify process improvements and contribute to a culture of efficiency and quality service
Requirements:
Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail
Proficient in Microsoft Excel (ability to create and manage complex spreadsheets)
Ability to create product training presentations using PowerPoint and / or Canva
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Experience in an administrative, customer service, or account support role (preferred)
Comfortable working with data and systems to support logistical processes
A team player with a can-do attitude who enjoys learning new
Bonus Skills (Nice to Have):
Experience working with order fulfillment or logistics processes
Familiarity with Intuit Quickbooks and CRM systems
Background in account management or program coordination
