A day in the life:

Build and manage relationships with major accounts in convenience, gas, and natural foods channels, delivering tailored solutions to drive sales.
/li
li
Create and implement strategies to meet revenue goals, focusing on expanding presence in US channels
/li
li
Spend 80% of time on outbound sales, prospecting new clients and developing existing accounts.
/li
li
Dedicate 20% of time to administrative tasks, such as data analysis and reporting, to optimize sales performance.
/li
li
Partner with internal teams to share best practices and enhance account management processes.
/li
li
Analyze market data using tools like Nielsen to inform strategic decisions based on industry trends and competition.
/li
li
Use CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and Netsuite to streamline account management and sales operations.

3-5 years of experience in CPG sales, with a focus on convenience and gas (C&G) and/or natural foods/grocer channels

Experience in the confectionery sector is a significant asset.

Experience selling into US channels is a plus.
/li
li
Must possess a valid passport and be able to travel both within Canada and internationally.
/li
li
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
/li
li
Strong sales and negotiation skills
/li
li
Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and other relevant tools.
/li
