Position: Key Account Manager - Demand Planning
Location: Saint-Laurent

As a Key Account Manager (Demand Planning), you will be responsible for contacting key accounts such as ESBU (manufacturing companies, not retail). The main objective is to establish direct contact with customers and gather their forecasting information for comparison with internal forecasts. This requires excellent interpersonal skills in order to gather the most accurate information possible. In addition, a solid background in demand planning is required to understand the data provided.

Your responsibilities in this role:

- Manage key accounts
- Analyze and develop tools to support the demand management team
- Implement best practices in supply chain management
- Produce results reports and compare them with established targets
- Contribute to the maintenance and optimization of parameters
- Test and validate new demand management functionalities
- Contribute to process mapping
- Participate in process improvement projects

What we\'re looking for:
- Bachelor\'s degree in industrial engineering
- At least 5 to 7 years\' relevant experience
- Excellent command of various Office software (Excel, Access, Power BI, PowerPoint, Word)
- Knowledge of inventory and warehouse management software (ERP, MRP, WMS, TMS)
- Experience in a large multinational distribution company
- Bilingualism to communicate with suppliers in the U.S. and abroad
