The Role



The

Key Account Coordinator

position is responsible for developing strong relationships with client teams by collaborating with the internal teams to ensure the timely execution of all client programs/projects. The

Key Account Coordinator

orchestrates all components of the client experience from exploring opportunities, ideating, iterating and ushering through all projects related to the products and services offered to our clients. This position reports to the Senior Project Project Manager, but works closely with the Relationship Manager/Sales Executive to provides support while also keeping internal stakeholders informed about the progress of opportunities and projects.

Key Responsibilities



Project Coordination:



Account and project coordination in all matters related to key accounts across all functional areas of the business (sales, design, operations, product development, supply chain, & finance) Initiate projects and programs in project management software and task internal teams (studio, product development, operations, finance), ensuring timely completion of deliverables and tasks Meet regularly with internal teams to review open projects and advise Senior Project Manager of any issues or delays Organize Project Dockets and ensure that all client and program information is accurate, up to date, and saved in shared drive and/or in CRM or Project Management Software

Client/Account Coordination



Serve as the lead point of contact for all client matters, including being informed on all cross-functional matters Communicate with specified clients by email, phone, presentations, and in-person/zoom meetings as required, take minutes and ensuring timely follow-up on all matters Work with clients on PO revisions, ITP follow-up, and communicating updates with cross-functional teams Create and achieve annual planned sales and margins objectives, identify and report potential sales growth opportunities Leverage CRM software including entering new projects, structuring CRM to fit company & client needs, maintenance and administration of all matters related to CRM software Responsible for showroom organization before and after client meetings and collaborate with Design team when preparing showroom for client meetings

Qualifications



Post-secondary education, preferably in business Project Management Certification preferred, or equivalent experience 3+ years experience supporting key accounts, preferably in private label & CPG Proficiency in MS Office (especially excel), SALESFORCE CRM and Project Management Software High emotional intelligence Aptitude for problem solving Excellent Communication skills Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail Self-motivated and able to thrive in a results-driven environment Ability to prioritize among competing tasks Critical thinking and problem-solving skills

The interview process:



Candidates who meet the preliminary education and experience requirements will be contacted for a phone screen. Following that there will be interviews with various members of the team as well as an assessment. At each stage of the process you will be notified if you are moving forward to the next stage.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $55,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
