Recognized as one of Canada\'s top employers, EY continually strives to be a great place to work.The opportunityThe Account Coordinator in the Ernst & Young Electronic Publishing (EYEP) group has responsibility for maintaining, developing, and prospecting new sales for EY Canadian Tax Library/Knotia to clients and pursuits of EY. The incumbent is also responsible for product training, customer retention, product awareness and lead generation.Your key responsibilities

  • Develop and build strong relationships with clients, prospects, and staff across Canada
  • Create a robust sales pipeline of opportunities
  • Develop marketing collateral and digital marketing initiatives to support our go-to-market strategy
  • Deliver virtual and in-person product sales presentations and provide client support to key accounts and pursuits
  • Execute appropriate follow-up process with key targets to further define needs and business opportunities - includes follow up to marketing campaigns, cold calls, scheduling meetings, etc.
  • Conduct virtual and in-person training sessions for all product sites
  • Co-ordinate and present EYEP/Knotia product line at trade shows, events, and conferences
  • Provide client support and troubleshooting

  • Ability to be proactive, use own initiative, and work independently, as well as part of the team
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong client handling skills and ability to work with all levels of staff
To qualify for the role you must have
  • Undergraduate University Degree, College Diploma, or equivalent experience ideally in the area of marketing and communications
  • 1-3 years of relevant experience in a sales, communications, marketing, or customer service role
  • Previous experience with research, analysis and reporting
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Able to manage multiple tasks, receive work from various sources and with tight deadlines
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Bilingualism in both French and English is considered an asset.
